Mimo Ousseimi has over 40 years of private equity, venture capital, investment banking, and asset management experience. He is Chairman of Gefinor Limited, a Bermuda investment company active in real estate and private equity, and CEO of Gefinor Capital International Limited, a private equity and venture capital investment firm.

He was previously an investment banker with Bank of America (Merrill Lynch) and Goldman Sachs, and an analyst at State Street Research and Management Company. He holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA from UC Berkeley.

He currently serves on the board of Knoa Software Inc., SciAps Inc., SocialFlow Inc., and Stablehouse Limited, and is board observer of Anokiwave Inc., Rheonix Inc., PeerNova Inc., and Calient Technologies Inc.

Mr. Akhavan has over 40 years of experience in alternative asset management and capital markets. Prior to co-founding Gefinor Capital he was a Partner at Cheyne Capital and before that an Executive Director of Credit Suisse and DLJ.

He graduated from UC Berkeley and started his career at Morgan Stanley. He is based in Europe.

Mr. Azmeh has over 40 years of investment experience. Prior to forming Gefinor Capital SA, he joined Lloyds Bank in 1989, where he worked as a financial analyst and was fund manager of both equity and bond funds. From 2006 to 2013 he was Head of Research and Asset Management at the Private Bank.

He set up a more disciplined approach to discretionary portfolios by implementing risk profiles linked to strategic asset allocations. In his last role he managed a team of 15 analysts and portfolio managers covering CHF 3 billion of client assets. Adel has a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Geneva and is a CFA charterholder.

Mr. Bernath has over 30 years of experience as a CFO managing finance operations and corporate finance services. He joined the Geneva office of the Gefinor Group in 2003. Prior to Gefinor he spent his professional career as CFO in Zurich at Holcim SA, a leading Swiss industrial group, and as CFO of subsidiaries in Russia and Argentina of an international commodity trading company.

Mr. Bernath graduated from the University of St. Gallen with a degree in Business and from the University of Geneva with a degree in Administration.

Mr. Beckett has over 40 years of professional experience in corporate finance, private equity and venture capital. He has also developed direct operating experience serving as Chief Executive Officer of a Gefinor portfolio company.

Prior to joining Gefinor Group's U.S. private equity subsidiary, Mr. Beckett worked at Merrill Lynch & Co. in the firm's investment banking division. His experience spans corporate finance advisory work for Fortune 1000 industrial companies and middle-market manufacturers, as well as investments in leveraged buyouts and early-stage technology start-ups.

Mr. Beckett received his MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University and graduated from Williams College with a BA in Economics.
